She spent a decade building and leading the Beauty & Wellness category at Urban Outfitters, defining its point of view, identifying emerging brands, and translating cultural shifts into commercially successful assortments. Her work centered on recognizing what makes a brand resonate—and what earns lasting placement at retail.
With more than 15 years of experience across retail, merchandising, and brand building, she has helped discover, launch, and scale emerging beauty brands while shaping assortments, positioning, and long-term retail strategy. She brings a rare combination of merchant instinct, strategic clarity, and operational rigor developed inside one of the industry's most influential specialty retailers.
Earlier, she was part of the founding team at Birchbox, helping pioneer a new model for beauty discovery.
Today, she partners with founders to refine their positioning, sharpen their assortments, and prepare their brands for meaningful retail growth.
